After an initial consultation, we create a maintenance and service schedule customized to fit your needs. Usually one day a month, we come to your home to take care of the items on your schedule. This could be anything from touch up painting, replacing furnace filters, installing new smoke detector batteries, cleaning gutters, and adjusting sprinkler system timers to name a few.

Some items can be done each time we come out, such as light bulb replacement, as long as we know, in advance, what materials to bring. We also offer extended services that include more involved projects and tasks.

Our staff and team of consultants are experts in all aspects of residential construction. We can perform any kind of upgrade, remodel, or addition, and you can be confident that the work is being done by seasoned licensed, bonded and insured professionals.

We also provide project management for all of your construction needs. We are your direct representatives, and advocates, on all projects done on your home.

There will be times when your home will require specialty vendors. it could be a roofer, termite specialist or asphalt contractor... whatever your needs - we will bring the correct specialist for the job.

In every instance, we will have one of our project managers on site, to supervise, the entire time the vendor is on your property.

We have an extensive library of specialty vendors that have proven themselves over time and are all licensed, bonded and insured.
