Monthly Services

After an initial consultation, we create a maintenance and service schedule customized to fit your needs. Usually one day a month, we come to your home to take care of the items on your schedule. This could be anything from touch up painting, replacing furnace filters, installing new smoke detector batteries, cleaning gutters, and adjusting sprinkler system timers to name a few.

The work to be performed takes into consideration the manufacturers recommendations, seasonal activities and our own knowledge of what your home needs.

If one day a month is not be enough to fit your needs, additional days and tasks can be scheduled. We will meet with you to review the schedule, and the service to be provided is easily changeable.

Examples of Services

Cleaning:
  • Interior window cleaning
  • Vacuum ductwork
  • Vacuum under refrigerator
  • Deep vacuum and dusting
Appliances:
  • Change furnace filters
  • Service AC unit
  • Service dryer vents and ducts
  • Replace water filters

Inspections:
  • Check plumbing ‘cleanouts’
  • Inspect attic space
  • Inspect crawl space
Carpentry:
  • Touch up painting
  • Realign cabinet hinges
  • Cabinet pad installations
  • Realign drawer slides and faces

Electrical:
  • Code compliance check on any system; ie; electrical
  • Install dimmers
  • Repair light switches and plugs

Some items are on both the monthly services and the extended services lists. If a service can be performed within the scheduled monthly service visit, without displacing the important scheduled services, that's fine. If more time than your regularly scheduled visit is required, it will be considered an extended services item.
